Returns Exchange

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven) and EU consumer protection rules.

At ONCÉ VIDA, we extend this period to 30 days to ensure a smooth experience.

Conditions for Returns

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Returns are accepted for all orders placed on oncevida.com.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout (Klarna, Vipps, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).

You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you wish to exchange for another size or product, please place a new order after your refund is processed.

How to Return

Contact info@oncevida.com to register your return.

Repack your items securely, preferably in the original ONCÉ VIDA packaging.

Include your order number and full name inside the parcel.

Ship to:

ONCÉ VIDA Headquarters, Oslo, Norway

We recommend using a tracked delivery service. ONCÉ VIDA is not responsible for lost parcels during return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval.

If your order was paid through Klarna invoice, the invoice will be updated automatically once your refund is completed.

Faulty or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact info@oncevida.com immediately before returning it.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
