Shipping Policy

All orders are processed by ONCÉ VIDA Headquarters in Oslo, Norway within 24 business hours.

We currently offer delivery within Norway only during our initial release phase.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Fee

We offer free shipping on all Norwegian orders.

Express delivery options may become available at a later stage.

Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected or refused upon delivery, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact info@wistubrands.com so we can assist you.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped within Norway are not subject to customs duties.

For future international orders, any import taxes or fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
